Medior/Senior System Analyst

Tasks – Responsibilities

  • Assessing client’s technical needs and consulting with the client on an ongoing basis
  • Document the technical requirements – you prepare the logical and physical system design, which includes what the customer wants and how it will be implemented
  • You will prepare the documentation based on the given template, with descriptions, tables, diagrams
  • You will assist the business analysts (BA) in identifying the questionable capabilities of the system used for the deliverable, to clarify whether the system can deliver the functionality we are communicating to the client
  • Assessing migration and integration requirements
  • Creating training materials
  • You provide training (user and technical)
  • If required, you will prepare and host a customer demonstration
  • You will assist Project Manager and Technical Lead in monitoring resources, estimates, timelines required before and during the project. If required, you will escalate to the project manager

Tasks carried out during Support

  • You will contribute to L3 level tasks of error and problem management
  • You will help to clarify development tasks/requests defined by bug reports
  • You will update the relevant documentation whenever there are changes to the system

 

Expectations

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a system analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technical qualification
  • Professional (IT) English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Systemic approach
  • Knowledge, understanding and application of standard (industry / company) best practice / technology concepts
  • Openness to learn new things

  • Knowledge of Soap UI/Postman
  • Knowledge of IBM products (Filenet, Datacap, BAW, Websphere, DB2)
  • Knowledge of UML/BPMN
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products
  • Experience in ticketing system
