Barre Technologies is a company with a strong technology focus, primarily in implementation and expert support services – and for this we have the best professionals with an average of 10+ years of experience and professional exams in one of our technology focus areas. All owners and senior executives, as well as a significant number of employees, have previously worked on IBM ECM, BPM or Analytics solutions at IBM or at a key IBM client or partner, now they are deepening their knowledge at Barre Technologies.  In addition to the IT system architect and development team (which represents ~60% of the staff), we maintain a system engineering and business analytics competencies, project office and systems engineering team to deliver end-to-end solutions from business needs to the working solutions.

Our strategic goal is providing the best expertise available in Hungary in the IBM ECM, IBM BPM, and IBM Analytics areas, which may be expanded with additional IBM middleware in the future, and real, reusable, industry-specific implementation experience and methodology, thus reducing the risk of our projects and serving our clients’ satisfaction. We strive to broaden and deepen our industry expertise in energy, public administration, industrial manufacturing, and financial institutions. To achieve the above, we place particular emphasis on developing recyclable solutions, with R&D investments in some of our priority projects.

In order to keep the skills of our colleagues up to date, our company spends almost 5% of its total annual working time on technical and soft-skills training. In addition to their IBM professional certifications, our colleagues hold accreditations for training on a number of IBM products. Each profession – business analysts, systems engineers, software developers, systems engineers – is grouped in professional teams to share best practices, reusable artifacts, and project experiences. We prioritize knowledge sharing, incorporate it systemically into our projects, and constantly adapt the methodologies used accordingly.
